FOR PARTNERS · THE CLIENT-FACING PAGE IS IMPENDING.TECH/MICROSOFT-365

Your client has been asked who can see their data. You do not have to build the answer.

It comes with a security questionnaire, a Cyber Essentials renewal or an ISO deadline attached. We produce the evidence, under your name or ours. We do not sell IT support, so we are not competing with you for the account.

Refer it, or put your own name on it

Same work underneath. The difference is whose logo is on the pack and who the client pays.

01

You refer, we deliver

You introduce us, we contract with the client and invoice them, and you take a fee. We do not contact them without you unless you ask us to join a call.

02

You white-label

You buy at wholesale, set your own client price, and invoice them yourself. The pack carries your name. We are invoiced by you and stay out of the room unless you want us in it.

What you buy at

Margin starts at The Evidence Pack. The entry report is a qualification instrument rather than a resale product, and at the top band a discount on it would take it below what it costs us to run.

30% OFF

The Evidence Pack and Storage Trim

The two fixed-price products. You set whatever client price you like on top.

NO DISCOUNT

Remediation and setup days

£950 a day is the floor for everyone, partner or direct. There is no volume ladder and there is not going to be one.

10% OFF

Evidence Kept Current

The recurring line. Requires the pack first, because it reports drift against that baseline.

AT LIST

The Exposure Report

£450, never discounted, to anyone. It qualifies the client and prices everything above it.

You set the client price and invoice the client. We invoice you. Payment to us is 50 per cent on order and the balance on delivery, on 14 day terms, with the Exposure Report paid up front so it never becomes a debt. If the report puts a client in a higher band than they bought, we re-quote you before starting rather than after.

What lands, whoever's logo is on it

The full product set and the client-facing prices are on the Microsoft 365 page. This is the short version.

01

The report

Sites, libraries, storage and permission spread across the whole estate, in one pass. It sets the band.

02

The pack

Who can reach what, mapped to Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001 Annex A and a standard customer questionnaire, each control rated and cited.

03

The work

Permissions, storage, DLP and Purview, quoted from findings the client has signed off, done in tranches with a change log they keep.

Microsoft's own permission and oversharing reporting needs an E1, E3 or E5 base plus a Copilot licence or the SAM Plan 1 add-on. Business Premium and Business Standard do not qualify, which is most of your base. We produce the equivalent from the Graph API and PnP.

What we need, and what we will not do

A scoped admin account for the engagement, removed on completion and the removal recorded. Nothing is changed until the client has signed off the findings.

01

We stay in our lane

We do not sell IT support, and the pack does not comment on the managed service around the tenant. That is what lets you put us in front of a client.

02

Irreversible steps are approved line by line

Trimmed file versions bypass the recycle bin and cannot be recovered. That sentence sits above a signature, not in an appendix.

03

Two things we turn down

Hybrid or on-premises SharePoint, and any tenant under active legal hold or eDiscovery. We would rather decline than guess.

Send us one client and see what comes back.

Tell us roughly how big they are and what they have been asked for, and we will tell you whether there is anything worth doing.
